This disjointed system leads to inefficiencies in handling resources, talent acquisition, and hampers HR processes. The absence of a singular portal causes confusion, delays, and difficulties in accessing and managing critical information related to resource allocation and talent identification.

Crewcial (hiring management software) offers a seamless solution for onboarding, attendance tracking, client setup, task management, payroll processing, and efficient supply chain management, streamlining every aspect of workforce management for enhanced productivity and success. The project involved defining the user experience and creating a web application that is a one-stop solution for the recruitment process.
